Charlie 2 is not just a dog; he’s a symbol of the community spirit that defines our event. As a Certified Therapy Dog registered with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Charlie brings comfort and support to those around him. At the event, he’ll be there to cheer on participants as they complete their FINAL LAP through Douglas by ‘Pawing Out’ a limited quantity of GYGO cowbells on 10th Street, starting at approximately 11:15 AM on 11/16/24.
